Our history of success began in the 1970s, when developer Donald Soffer transformed 785 acres of unassuming South Florida marshland into Aventura – now a thriving city north of Miami. In the 1990s, Jeffrey Soffer assumed leadership of Fontainebleau Development, and we now serve a broader range of audiences, interests, partners, and investors – while sharing the same vision to outperform expectations. Our ambitious mindset has positioned Fontainebleau Development as the preeminent leader in country clubs, golf courses, high-end retail, gaming and entertainment, resorts and hospitality, yachting, aviation, and luxury residential.
